AquaSec.codes ("AquaSec", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or request early access to our platform.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or early-access form, we may collect your name, work email, company name, and any message you provide. We also collect standard web analytics data such as page views, referrer, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use your information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, evaluate design partner applications, improve our website and services, and send product updates you have opted into. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Source code and scan data
During platform usage (post-launch), source code submitted for analysis is processed in ephemeral, isolated sandboxes and is not retained beyond the scan session unless you explicitly configure otherwise. This website does not process source code.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@aquasec.codes. EU/EEA residents may exercise additional rights under GDPR.
