By accessing aquasec.codes or using AquaSec services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or platform.
Services
AquaSec provides AI-native static code analysis, vulnerability detection, and autonomous security patching tools for software development teams. Features and availability may change during early access and beta periods.
Early access program
Design partners receive pre-release access subject to separate agreement terms. Early access is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without compensation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering protected components, submitting malicious code intended to compromise our infrastructure, or using the service in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
AquaSec retains all rights to the platform, models, documentation, and branding. You retain full ownership of your source code. Generated patches are licensed to you under your existing codebase license terms.
Disclaimer
Security analysis and auto-generated patches are assistive tools, not a substitute for professional security review. AquaSec does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities or correctness of all patches.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaSec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
